Summer learning journey

Today for the summer learning journey day 4 activity 2 week 3.

Here are five things I do to stay healthy.

1. Get a good amount of sleep.

2. Eat a lot of veggies and fruit every day.

3. Go for lots of bush walks.

4. Drink water all the time.

5. I do athletics on the weekends.

    Another great post, all of these things keep you fit and healthy. Have you done the point Elizabeth bush walk? That is a bush walk me and my family go to a lot.

    Well done with your list of healthy options. It really is a great list.

    I think one of the most important things on you list is sleep. It is so good if you can get enough sleep each night!

    Do you have a favourite bush walk to go on?
    Like Molly I really like to go on the Point Elizabeth one too. This is good even if it is a wet day as so much of it is in the bush. You really don't even get too wet!
